We All Die (Laughing) are a band from Bulgaria that plays a very dark, progressive and depressive form of black metal with elements of doom that also utilizes some black metal elements and this is a review of their 2013 album "Thoughtscanning" which was released by Kaotoxin Records.
"Thoughtscan" opens up with soft and clean guitar playing and after a couple of minutes bass guitars, drums and melodic guitar leads which also come and out of the music are added into the song along with some clean singing vocals a few seconds later and they evolve into depressive black metal screams shortly after that while also keeping around the melodic vocals which also leads up to heavy guitar riffs that combine depressive black and melodic doom metal together and after awhile the music goes into a cleaner direction for a few seconds along with some flutes and spoken word parts and whispers before returning to a heavier direction and you can also hear death metal growls in certain sections of the music as well as the music alternating between clean and heavy parts which also leads up to synths becoming a part of the song, halfway through the song fast guitar riffs and blast beats start coming into certain parts of the music.
Song lyrics cover dark and depressive themes, while the production has a very strong, powerful, heavy, dark and professional sound where you can hear all of the musical instruments that are present on the recording along with the only song being very long and epic in length with its 33 minutes.
In my opinion We Are Die (Laughing) are a very great sounding progressive mixture of depressive black metal and melodic doom and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this duo.
