Infidel are a band from Poland that plays a satanic form of black metal and this is a review of their 2016 album "II" which was released by Old Temple.
A very fast and raw sound starts off the album along with a great amount of tremolo picking and blast beats as well as some high pitched black metal screams and you can also hear all of the musical instruments that are present on the recording and the music also incorporates a great amount of death metal influences.
Throughout the recording you can hear a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts and growls are also added into some parts of the songs and all 3 of the tracks are very long and epic in length and the album always remains very heavy from beginning to ending of the recording along with a great amount of 90's influences and the riffs also bring in a decent amount of melody.
Infidel plays a musical style that takes a very fast and raw form of satanic black metal and mixes it in with a touch of death metal to create a very heavy recording, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover Satanism, Anti Christianity, Chaos and Darkness themes.
In my opinion Infidel are a very great sounding fast and aggressive satanic black metal band and if you are a fan of this musical genre you should check out this recording. RECOMMENDED TRACK "II". 8 out of 10.
