  Paragon  Belial  are  a  band  from  Germany  that  plays  a  very  raw  and  primitive  form  of  satanic  black  metal  and  this  is  a  review  of  their  1996  album  "Hordes  Of  The  Darklands"  which  was  released  by  Folter  Records.

  Drums  range  from  slow,  mid  paced  to  fast  drumming  with  some  blast  beats  being  utilized  at  times,  while  the  bass  playing  it  has  a  very  dark  tone  with  riffs  that  follow  the  riffing  that  are  coming  out  of  the  guitars.

  Rhythm  guitars  range  from  slow,  mid  paced  to  fast  old  school  90's  black  metal  riffs  that  are  very  dark,  raw  and  primitive  sounding  with  some  melody  being  thrown  into  the  riffing  at  times  as  well  as  a  brief  use  of  soft  and  clean  playing,  while  the  lead  guitars  when  they  are  utilized  are  very  raw  and  primitive  sounding  black  metal  guitar  leads  that  do not  really  go  into  solos,  as  for  the  acoustic  guitars  they  are  only  used  briefly  and  they  use  full  chords and  finger  picking  to   add  more  darkness  to  the  recording.

  Vocals  are   mostly  grim  sounding  hateful  black  metal  screams  along  with  a  small  amount  of  deep  growls,  while  the  lyrics  cover  Satanism,  Darkness,  and Anti  Christian  themes,  as  for  the  production  it  has  a  very  dark,  raw  and  primitive  sound  to  it.

  In  my  opinion  Paragon  Belial  are  a  very  great  sounding  raw  and  primitive  satanic  black  metal  band  and if  you  are  a  fan  of  this  musical  genre,  you  should  check  out  this  album.  RECOMMENDED  TRACKS  INCLUDE  "Coming  Of  A  New  Dynasty"  "Horns  Of  Reprisal"  and  "Necromancer  Of  the  Dark  Valley".  RECOMMENDED  BUY.

  Cadaver  Inc  where  a  band  that  from  Norway  that  played  a  very  heavy,  raw  and  primitive  form  of  Norwegian  black  metal  with  elements  of  thrash  and  death  metal  and  this  is  a  review  of  their  2001  album  "Discipline"  which  was  released  by  Wicked  World  Records.

  Drums  range  from  slow,  mid  paced  to  fast  drumming  with  some  brutal  sounding  blast  beats  being utilized  at  times,  while  the  bass  playing  has  a  very  dark  tone  with  riffs  that  follow  the  riffing  that  are  coming  out  of  the  guitars.

  Rhythm  guitars  range  from  slow,  mid  paced  to  fast  Norwegian  style  black  metal  riffs  that  are  very  heavy,  raw  and primitive  sounding  with  elements  of  thrash  and  death  metal  being  thrown  into  the  riffing  as  well  as  some  technical  parts  along  with  some  melody,  while  the  lead  guitars  are  very  chaotic  sounding  black/thrash  metal  guitar  solos  and  leads.

  Vocals  are  mostly  grim  sounding  and  high  pitched  black  metal  screams  along  with  a  brief  use  of  spoken  word  samples,  while  the  lyrics  cover  violent  and  hateful  themes,  as  for  the  production  it  has  a  very  strong,  powerful  and  heavy  sound  which  does  not  take  away  from  the  raw  and  primitive  nature  of  the  music.

  In  my  opinion  Cadaver  Inc  where  a  very  great  sounding  heavy,  raw  and  primitive  sounding  Norwegian  black  metal  band  with  elements  of  thrash  and  death  metal  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  this  musical  genre,  you  should  check  out  this  recording.  RECOMMENDED  TRACKS  INCLUDE  "Primal"  "Die  Like  That"  "Killtech"  and  "Discipline".  RECOMMENDED  BUY.

  Drums  range  from  slow,  mid  paced  to  fast  drumming  with  some  brutal  sounding  blast  beats  being thrown  into  the  music  at  times,  while  the  synths  bring  a  very  dark  and  atmospheric  sound  to  the  recording  as  well  as  mixing  in  elements  of  classical  and  industrial,  as  for  the  bass  playing  it  has  a  very  dark  tone  with  riffs  that  follow  the  riffing  that  are  coming  out  of  the  guitars.
