Morbid Execution are a band from Poland that is a side project of Throneum with a musical style that mixes the rawest and primitive elements of black, doom, death and thrash metal together and this is a review of their 2012 album "Vulgar Darkness" which was released by Deathgasm.
Drums range from slow, mid paced to fast drumming with some blast beats being thrown into the music at times, while the bass playing has a very dark tone with riffs that follow the riffing that is coming out of the guitars.
Rhythm guitars range from slow, mid paced to fast riffs that combine the rawest and primitive elements of black, doom, death, and thrash metal to create a sound of their own along with some old school style melodies being thrown into the riffing at times in addition there is one song that has a punk rock feeling to it and there are no guitar solos or leads present on this recording.
Vocals range from grim sounding to high pitched blackened metal screams that have an early 80's black metal feeling to them, while the lyrics cover hell, sodomy, anti christian, demons, satanism and drugs, as for the production it has a very old school raw and primitive sound to it.
In my opinion Morbid Execution are a very great sounding raw and primitive hybrid of black, doom, death and thrash metal and if you are a fan of this style of music, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Wizards Of Silesia" "Dreadful Romance" and "Hell's Driven Anger". RECOMMENDED BUY.
