Endlichkeit/VI-VIII/Fallen Empire Records/2014 Demo Review

  Czech  Republic's  Endlichkeit  have  returned  with  a  new  recording  that  continues  their  raw  and  old  school  black  metal  sound  and  this  is  a  review  of  their  2014  demo  "VI-VIII  which  was  released  by  Fallen  Empire  Records.

  A  very  slow,  dark  and  raw  black  metal  sound  starts  off  the  demo  before  speeding  up  a  bit  with  some  tremolo  picking  and  all  3  of  the  tracks  are  long  and  epic  in  length  and  also  use  a  good  amount  of  blast  beats  along  with  some  grim  screams  and  throughout  the  tracks  you  can  hear  a  good  mixture  of  slow,  mid  paced  and  fast  parts.

  All  of  the  songs  have  an  old  school  black  metal  feeling  to  them  and  the  music  only  uses  power  chords  on  the  guitars  and  there  is  no  solos  or  leads  to  be  heard  anywhere  on  the  recording  and  the  main  focus  is  on  a  very  raw  and  depressive  black  metal  sound  that  never  haves  a  weak  or  soft  moment  on  any  of  the  tracks.

  Endlichkeit  remains  true  to  the  raw  and  old  school  black  metal  sound  of  previous  recordings  and  brings  in  3  tracks  that  bring  in  the  purest  and  truest  style  of  the  genre,  the  production  sounds  very  dark,  raw  and  old  school  while  the  lyrics  cover  dark  and  depressive  themes.

  In  my  opinion  this  is  another  great  sounding  recording  from  Endlichkeit  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of   raw  and  old  school  black  metal,  you  should  check  out  this  demo.  RECOMMENDED  TRACK  "VII".  8  out  of  10.

Endlichkeit/III-V/Fallen Empire Records/2014 Demo Review

  Endlichkeit  are  a  band  from  Czech  Republic  that  has  been  featured  before  in  this  zine  and  plays  a  very  raw  form  of  black  metal  and  this  is  a  review  of  their  2014  demo  "II-V"  which  was  released  by  Fallen  Empire  Records.

A  very  fast,  raw  and  old  school  black  metal  sound  starts  off  the  demo  along  with  some  blast  beats  and  a  minute  later  high  pitched  screams  make  their  way  into  the  music  and  the  band  also  brings  in  a  good  mixture  of  mid  paced  and  fast  parts  along  with  all  3  of  the  tracks  being  very  long  and  epic  in  length.

  You  can  hear  a  great  amount  of  tremolo  picking  throughout  the  recording  and  they  are  one  of  the  major  highlights  of  the  demo  with  the  way  they  bring  in  a  dark  atmosphere  that  is  very  raw  and  the  band  sticks  to  a  very  pure  style  of  black  metal  from  beginning  to  end  of  the  recording  as  well  as  bringing  in  a  great  amount  of  emotion  into  their  music.

  Endlichkeit  remain  true  to  their  raw  style  of  black  metal  on  this  recording  as  well  as  bringing  the  atmosphere  out  with  the  guitars  to  create  3  very  interesting  songs,  the  production  has  a  very  dark and  raw  sound  while  the  lyrics  are  in  a  very  dark  vein.

  In  my  opinion  this  is  another  great  sounding  recording  from  Endlichkeit  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  raw  black  metal,  you  should  check  out  this  demo.  "V".  8  out  of  10.

Endlichkeit/I-II/Fallen Empire Records/2013 Demo Review

  Endlichkeit  are  a  band  from  the   Czech  Republic  that  plays  a very  hazy form  of  black  metal and  this  is  a  review  of  their  2013  demo   "I-II"  which  was released  by  Fallen  Empire  Records.

  "I"  begins  with  fast,  raw  and  primitive  sounding  black  metal  guitar  riffs  along  with  some drums  and  a  few  seconds  alter  grim  screams  start  kicking  in  which  leads  to  the  music  going  into  a  more  mid  paced  direction  but  does  make  a  return  to  the  faster  parts  a  lot  throughout  the  song  and  halfway  through  the song  there  is  some  melody  being  added  to  the  guitar  riffing  in  certain  sections  of  the  song.

  "II"  begins with  some  mid  paced,  raw  and  primitive  sounding  black  metal  guitar  riffs  along  with  some  drums  before  going  into  a  faster  direction  and  after  awhile  grim  screams  start  coming  into  the  song but  also  keeping  around  the  mid  paced  sections.

  Song  lyrics  cover  dark  themes,  while  the  production  has  a  very  dark,  raw  and  primitive  sound with  both  of  the  songs  being  very  long  and  epic  in  length.

  In  my  opinion  Endlichkeit  are  a  very  great  sounding  raw  and  primitive  black  metal  band  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  this  musical  genre,  you  should  check  out  this  demo.  RECOMMENDED  TRACK  "I".  RECOMMENDED  BUY.
