Infernal War are a band from Poland that plays a fast mixture of black and death metal and this is a review of their 2015 album "Axiom" which was released by Agonia Records.
A very fast and brutal black/war metal sound starts off the album along with some blast beats and grim screams and you can also hear a touch of blackened death metal in the bands musical style and the songs also bring in a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts and the riffs at times also use a small amount of melody.
When solos and leads are utilized they are very chaotic and in a black/war metal direction and the songs at time also mix a fast Swedish style of black metal with some elements of Polish style death metal while the main focus remains more on the blacker side of things and the whole album sticks to a very heavy and raw direction from beginning to end of the recording.
Infernal War plays a style of black metal that is very fast and raw and they also mix in elements of war and death metal to create some very heavy sounding music, the production sound s very professional while the lyrics cover blasphemous, violence and war themes.
In my opinion Infernal War are a very great sounding fast mixture of black and war metal and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Militant Hate Church" "Nihil Prayer" "Eater of Hope" and "Axiom". 8 out of 10.
