1.Can you give us an update on what has been going on with the band since the recording and release of the new album?

At the moment we are  working on our new  video and preparing a new EP.

2.In April you had released a new album, how would you describe the musical sound that is presented on the recording and also how does it differ from the stuff you have released in the past?

That's the best sound we've had until now, thanks to the sound engineer we've worked with- Bebo from SUBZERO STUDIO

We have always been striving to such a sound.

3.What are some of the lyrical topics and subjects the band explores with the newer music?

Briefly,it;s a concept album,the lyrics in the whole album describe Lucifer's revenge

4.Originally the band was called 'Dystropy, what was the decision behind the name change and also the meaning and inspiration behind the name 'Serpentine Creation'?

Originally the band was called Dystopy, but we found out that there had already been a band with the same name.Also, the first album we released should have been called Serpentine Creation.A name which describes the music we make.Afterwards,we swapped the names, so we named the band Serpentine Creation and our first album was called Dystopy.

5.What are some of the best shows that the band has played over the years and also how would you describe your stage performance?

SC hasn't got lots of gigs, but each one we had was great. We've performed at festivals with Dimmu Borgir,Septic Flesh, Naer Mataron and lots of other bands.As for the stage performance-we try to present visually the emotion of our music.

6.Do you have any touring or show plans for the future?

We are not planning any touring or shows for the moment.We are concentrated on our new video and new EP.

7.On a worldwide level how has the feedback been to your newer music by fans of black metal?

All the publications and reviews we've read till now are positive.

8.What is going on with some of the other bands or musical projects these days that some of the band members are a part of?

Embrace By Dark ( Vlad-guitars) and Invidia ( Mephisto-drums )  are also working on their new albums at the moment.

9.Where do you see the band heading into musically during the future?

As for the style-we have taken one direction and we are going to  keep it ,working for even better realization of our ideas.

10.What are some of the bands or musical styles that have had an influence on your music and also what are you listening to nowadays?

Lots of bands of different genres of metal had influenced our music.From W.A.S.P.,Metallica, Slayer, Kreator to Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir, Septic FLesh, Necrophobic.

11.How would you describe your views on Satanism?

I personally think that  satanism is kind of revolt against the common belief about religions.There can always be a look from a different angle at what is written in religious books.There's nothing unequivocal.

Serpentine Creation/The Fiery Winds Of Armageddon/Satanath Records/Hass Weg Productions/Nyarlathep Records/2015 CD Review

  Serpentine  Creation  are  a  band  from  Bulgaria that  plays  a  very  raw  and  melodic  form  of  satanic  black  metal  and  this  is  a  review  of  their  2015  album  "The  Fiery  Winds  of  Armageddon"  which  was  released  as  a  joint  effort  between  Satanath Records,  Hass Weg Productions  and  Nyarlathep Records.

 Wind  and  nature  sounds  start  off  the album  before  the  music  starts  going  into  more  of  a  heavy  and  melodic  musical  direction  that  also  introduces  high  pitched  black  metal  screams  onto  the  recording  and  the  faster  sections  bring  in  a  more  raw  style  that  also  utilizes  a  great  amount  of  blast  beats.

  Spoken  word  parts  can  be  heard  in  certain  sections  along  with  all  of  the  musical  instruments  having  a  very  powerful  sound  to  them  and  the  songs  also  bring  in  a  great  mixture  of  slow,  mid  paced  and  fast  parts  and  when  solos  and  leads  are  utilized  they  remain  true  to  the  melodic  black  metal  tradition  of  the  recording  and  the  vocals  also  bring  in  deep  and  grim  growls  in  certain  sections  of  the  recording  while  some  songs also bring  in  a  brief  use  of  clean  playing.

  Serpentine  Creation  plays  a  style  of  satanic  black  metal  that  is  very  raw  and  melodic  and  owes  a  great  deal  to  the  Swedish  style  of  both  classical  an  modern  days,  the  production  sounds  very  professional,  the  production  sounds  very  professional  while  the  lyrics  cover  Satanism  and  Anti  Christian  themes.

  In  my  opinion  Serpentine  Creation  are  a  very  great  sounding  raw  and  melodic  satanic  black  metal  band  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  this  musical  genre,  you  should  check  out  this  album.  RECOMMENDED  TRACKS  INCLUDE  "The  Fiery  Winds  of  Armageddon"  "The  Massacre  In  God's  Kingdom"  "The  Satan's  Supremacy"  and  "The  Tears  of  God".  8  out  of  10.
