This is the final review of a recording from Sweden's solo project Fyrgast which shows him covering a Motorhead song and the single was self released in 2023 and called "Bomber".
A very heavy and aggressive sound starts off the song while the riffs also capture the raw energy of punk mixed in with elements of speed metal. Vocals are mostly grim yet high pitched sounding black metal screams along with the solos and leads sticking to more of an 80's style and the whole track also sticks to a mid tempo dirtection.
On this recording Fyrgast adds his black metal style to a classic Motorhead song to create something very different from the original track while the production also sounds very raw and heavy.
In my opinion this is another great sounding track from Fyrgast and if you are a fan of black metal and Motorhead, you should check out this single. 8 out of 10.
