This is a review of another recording from Varituuk with the musical style drone, noise and doom instead of black metal this time around and this demo was self released in 2012 and called "D".
"D" begins with some drone style guitar riffs and stay in that direction for 5 minutes before going into a doom metal direction while also adding a good amount of variety to the riffing, around the 13 minute mark the song goes back to a dark ambient/drone sound along with some elements of noise
Song lyrics and vocals are all absent form this recording with the music being all instrumental, while the production has a very dark, heavy raw and primitive sound with the only song being very long and epic in length.
In my opinion while this is a very great sounding recording from Varituuk some people might not enjoy it since it is not black metal like their previous material, but if you are a fan of drone, noise and doom metal, you should check this out. RECOMMENDED.
