Necroholocaust are a band from Vancouver B.C, Canada that plays a mixture of war, black, death metal and grindcore and this is a review of their 2018 ep "Laudem Antichristus" which will be released in November by Iron Bonehead Productions.
Dark sounding synths start off the ep before going into a very fast and raw war metal direction which also uses a great amount of tremolo picking while the vocals are mostly bestial growls along with the solos and leads being done in a very chaotic style as w ell as some elements of grindcore.
The second track also brings in a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts while the music also brings in a great amount of 90's influences as well as remaining very modern at the same time along with the music always remaining very heavy.
Necroholocaust plays a musical style that takes war, black, death metal and grindcore and mixes them together to create a sound of their own, the production sounds very dark and raw while the lyrics cover war and anti Christianity themes.
In my opinion Necroholocaust are a very great sounding mixture of war, black, death metal and grindcore and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACK "Nuclear Whore". 8 out of 10.
