Into The Cave are a band from Brazil that plays a very raw, old school and satanic mixture of black, death and thrash metal and this is a review of their 2018 album "Insulters Of Jesus Christ" which was released by Iron, Blood & Death Corp.
A very dark, heavy and melodic sound starts off the album along with all of the musical instruments having a very powerful sound to them and when the music speeds up a great amount of tremolo picking and blast beats can be heard which also gives the songs a more raw feeling.
Bestial growls can also be heard at times along with some elements of war metal while the solos and leads are done in a very chaotic style as well as the music also mixing in thrash and 80's era influences and the songs also bring in a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts and as the album progresses horror movie style keyboards can also be heard briefly.
Into The Cave plays a musical style that takes the old school Brazilian styles of black, death and thrash and mixes them with a bestial vocal approach to create a sound of their own, the production sounds very raw and old school while the lyrics cover Satanism, Occultism, Lust and Blasphemous themes.
In my opinion Into The Cave are a very great sounding raw, old school and satanic mixture of black, death and thrash metal and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Insulters Of jesus Christ" "Scarlet Queen" "The Serpent Ring Of Seth" and "Dethronation Of Christ". 8 out of 10.
