A very dark yet heavy sound starts off the album while the riffs also add in a decent amount of melody. All of the musical instruments also have a very powerful sound to them along with the faster sections of the songs also adding in a lot of tremolo picking, blast beats and war emtal elements which also gives the recording more of a raw feeling.
Vocals bring in more of a mid 80's death/thrash metal style while also adding in some bestial touches. When guitar solos and leads are utilized they are also done in a very old school yet chaotic style along with the album also mixing in a lot of black metal influences and the whole album sticks to a heavier direction.
On this recording Trench Warfare take war and black metal and mixes it with mid 80's and early 90's death metal with a touch of thrash metal to create a very heavy and brutal album. The production sounds very raw and heavy while the lyrics cover death, destruction, perversion, hatred and war themes.
In my opinion this is another great sounding album from Trench Warfare and if you are a fan of war, black, death and thrash metal, you should check out this recording. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Following the Circling Vultures" "Gluttonous Feast of Perversion" and "You Will Bow To The King". 8 out of 10.
