This is a review of another recording from Antichrist Kommand with the musical style being anti christian black metal with elements of dream pop, hardcore and shoegaze with the album being released in 2012 under the album title "Document # 15".
Drum programming ranges from slow, mid paced to fast beats that are very heavy and brutal at times, while the bass playing has a very dark tone with riffs that follow the riffing that are coming out of the guitars, as for the synths when t hey are utilized they bring a very dark ambient, dream pop and shoegaze sound to the recording along with some noise sound effects.
Rhythm guitars range from slow, mid paced to fast riffs that combine raw and primitive sounding black metal with shoegaze, hardcore and dream pop together to create a sound of their own with a good amount of melody in t he riffing, while the lead guitars are very melodic sounding guitar solos and leads, as for the acoustic guitars they are only used on the last song and they use full chords to add more original elements to the recording.
Vocals range from high pitched black metal s creams, clean singing along with some samples, while the lyrics cover anti christian/muslim, humorous, and violent themes, as for the production it has a very heavy, raw and primitive sound to it.
In my opinion this is another great recording from Antichrist Kommand and if you are looking for something that is original and different, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Cheat On Me" "Seal Fate" and "Ske Kut Her Fukking Arm". RECOMMENDED BUY.
