Autumnwind are a band from Syria that plays a mixture of ambient and atmospheric black metal and this is a review of their 2018 album "Endless Fear" which was released as a joint effort between Symbol Of Domination and More Hate Productions.
Ambient style synths start off the album which also mixes in with the heavier sections of the music while the faster sections of the songs also bring in a great amount of blast beats along with all of the tracks being all instrumental and there are also a couple of songs that are very long and epic in length.
The synths also bring in a variety of many different sounding keys while the music also gets very atmospheric at times along with the drum beats being programmed as well as the riffs and guitar leads also bringing in a great amount of melody and the music sticks to mostly a slow or mid paced direction.
Autumnwind plays a musical style that takes an instrumental form of atmospheric black metal and mixes it with ambient to create a sound of their own and the production sounds very professional.
In my opinion Autumnwind are a very great sounding instrumental mixture of ambient and atmospheric black metal and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "The Hallucination" and "Endless Fear". 8 out of 10.
