Nekrharkh are a 1 man band from France that plays a very experimental, raw and primitive form of occult black metal and this is a review of their 2013 demo "White Trash Black Mass" which was released by Negromancy Records.
Drums range from slow to mid paced drumming with no fast playing or blast beats being present on this recording, while the bass playing has a very dark tone with riffs that follow the riffing that are coming out of the guitars along with a brief use of harmonica's.
Rhythm guitars range from slow to mid paced black metal riffs that also utilize some experimental elements to create a sound of their own and there are no guitar solos or leads present on this recording.
Vocals range from grim sounding black metal screams to clean singing, while the lyrics cover Satanism, Occultism and Voodoo along with some humorous parts being added, as for the production it has a very dark, raw and primitive sound to it.
In my opinion Nekrharkh are a very great and original sounding experimental, raw and primitive black metal band and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this demo. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Vampires Of Negromancy" and "Putrid Voodoo". RECOMMENDED BUY.
