Chile's Black Ceremonial Kult have returned with a new recording which continues their bestial mixture of war, black and death metal from their previous releases and this is a review of their 2021 ep "Crowned In Chaos" which will be released on June 14th by Godz Of War Productions.
A very dark sounding ritualistic intro starts off the ep along with some keyboards and ethnic style instruments while also adding in some grim chants before going into a heavier direction. When the music speeds up a great amount of brutal sounding blast beats, war metal elements and tremolo picking can also be heard.
Vocals are mostly bestial growls while black metal screams can also be heard at times while the songs also add in a decent mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts. Dark sounding melodies can also be heard at times along with all of the musical instruments also having a very powerful sound to them as well as some tracks also having an intro in between them.
On this recording Black Ceremonial Kult takes their bestial mixture of war, black and death metal into more of a ritualistic direction. The production sounds very dark and raw while the lyrics cover Occultism, magick and Death themes.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from Black Ceremonial Kult and if you are a fan of bestial black, war and death metal, you should check out this ep. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Chariot Of The Sphinxes" "Masters Temple K.V.M" and "M.K.K". 8 out of 10.
