This is a review of their third volume in the Black Metal Agenda series and we will review the songs one by one.
Starting off the compilation is Jehovah from Indonesia with "War Killer Israhell" a very raw and primitive sounding anti Judeo/Christian/Islam black metal song that declares the war against the white light.
Next up is Botritis Cinerea from Germany with "A Vision Of Solitude" a very fast, raw and primitive black metal song with some very high pitched black metal screams along with a very old school sounding guitar solo.
Next up is Razakel Krieg from United Kingdom with "A Vision Of Solitude" a more mid paced black metal song that utilizes a good amount of distorted sounding grim black metal screams along with a mixture of distorted and clean playing.
Next up is Empty from Spain with "The Irremediable Sadness Of The Terror Of Hollow" a very short primitive black metal song with some thrash style riffing.
Next up is Old Corpse Road from the United Kingdom with "The Witch Of Wookey Hole" a very dark sounding black metal song that has a mixture of deep growls, high pitched black metal screams and some melodic riffing.
Next up is Kantong Simayat from Indonesia with "Sriwijaya Darkness Monster" a song that starts out slow and then gets very fast with a mixture of high pitched screams, deep growls, talented guitar riffs and some atmospheric sounding keyboards with some acoustic guitars at the end of the song.
Next up is Old Forest from the UK a favorite of this zine with "Hammer Of The Underworld" a very fast, raw and primitive sounding pagan/black metal song that has a very dark atmosphere to it.
Next up is Adnoctvm Blackmetal from Columbia with "Real Alianza" a song that starts of more soft and slow them starts into a very fast, raw, primitive black metal song that utilizes some grim sounding high pitched black metal screams and then it slows down towards the end and goes more acoustic.
Closing the compilation is Obor Setan from Indonesia with " Gerbang Samudera Kehancuran" a more melodic and catchy sounding black metal song that still utilizes some primitive riffing that has a thrash feeling to it and high pitched black metal screams.
In my opinion this is another great compilation and I would recommend this to all fans of black metal. RECOMMENDED
