Circle Of Unexisted are a musical project form Russia that plays a mixture of black metal, experimental and shoegaze and this is a review of their 2016 ep "Dissolving Into A Black Light" which was released by Wraith Productions.
Ambient soundscapes and spoken word samples start off the ep and the only song on here is a 15 minute long track and after a few seconds experimental and avant garde sounds are added onto the recording before going into a heavier direction and adding in melodic shoegaze style guitar solos and leads.
All of the musical instruments on the recording have a very powerful sound to them while the vocals are mostly black metal screams and the drum beats are programmed and melodic vocals can be heard at times and they bring in a touch of goth and the whole song sticks to either a slow or mid paced musical direction.
Circle Of Unexisted plays a musical style that takes atmospheric black metal, experimental and shoegaze and mixes them together to create a style of their own, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover dark themes.
In my opinion Circle Of Unexisted are a very great sounding mixture of black metal, shoegaze and experimental and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this project. 8 out of 10.
