Necroplasma where a band from Sweden that played a very raw and primitive form of anti christian/satanic black metal with a thrash edge and this is a review of their 2006 compilation album "Gospels Of Antichristian Terror" which was released by Isengard Productions.
Drums range from mid paced to fast drumming with a good amount of blast beats being thrown into the music, while the bass playing has a very dark tone with primitive riffs that follow the riffing that is coming out of the guitars and at times they have a very powerful sound to them, as for the sound effects which are only used on the intros and outros they bring a very dark, evil and occult sound to the music.
Rhythm guitars range from mid paced to fast black metal riffs that are very raw and primitive sounding with a great amount of thrash influences being thrown into the riffing as well as some single note tremolo picking and palm muting in addition there is a good use of dark sounding melodies and there are no guitar solos or leads present on this recording.
Vocals are mostly grim sounding and high pitched black metal screams with some deep demonic growls being thrown into the music at musics, while the lyrics cover Satanic, Darkness, Depression, Death and Anti Christian themes, as for the production it has a very dark, raw and primitive sound to it while you can still hear all of the musical instruments that are present on this recording.
In my opinion Necroplasma where a very great sounding raw and primitive satanic black metal band with a thrash edge and if you are a fan of this style, you should check out this recording.
