Redouane Aouameur is a solo artist from Algeria better known for his work in Lelahell, Aash and Silent Obsession and with this project goes for more of a melodic and aggressive style of black metal and this is a review of his self released 2023 single "Fury Flight".
A very dark, heavy and melodic sound starts off the single while all of the musical instruments also have a very powerful sound to them. Vocals are mostly grim y et high pitched sounding black metal screams and the whole stick sticks to mostly a slow or mid tempo direction.
On this track Redouane Aouameur plays a style of black metal that is very aggressive, mid tempo and melodic sounding. The production sounds very dark and heavy while the lyrics cover a man who thinks he is perfect and adored by all before discovering his flaws as he ages and his attempts to improve them.
In my opinion Redouane Aouameur is a very great sounding aggressive and melodic black metal solo artist and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this single. 8 out of 10.
