1.Can you give us an update on what is going on with the band these days?
1. Hail bro...We are all good, and all member continue to breathe with hatred and although some time now that we are busy with work outside the band but almost every day we always communicate about the band and the progress of new songs, if possible we meet in the studio for rehearsal...soon, will release a single or several demo to start the propaganda
2.How would you describe your music progress over the years and also how does your newer material differ from the stuff you have released in the past?
2. Actually, the differences is not that much, because in our old song there was interference from our old guitarist, and in the new song and the concept of the current song is my concept and Warplague, the difference in the current song, we are not centered by black metal, there is a Riff part outside black metal
3.From 2009 to 2015 there was no music being released, can you tell us a little bit more about what was going on during that time frame?
3. Diabolical was founded in 2005, during that time there were many member changes, and the original members from the first time only me right now. During 2009-2015 there were so many member who were less committed and dedicated in Diabolical, focusing on making and recording songs was quite difficult at that time with many personnel changes
4.So far all of your releases have been demo's. ep's and splits are there any plans to put out an actual full length in the future?
4. If you take that information about Diabolical discography in metal-archives, for
sure if any of the records in metal archives are wrong. We didn't just released demos and splits,Hooligans Regiment Of Terror which was released by Deadly Throat production for the cassette version and Total Death Records (Chrishunt prods) for the CD version is Diabolical full length so far. And in the future, of course, we will make new ammunition for the next split, EP or full length, but we will still see what we want to plan in the future, for sure we will not stop making terror, we are already in an era of war and chaos.
5.You have also written songs in both the Indonesian and English languages, which language do you prefer to write in?
5. I prefer Indonesian, in addition to the official language of my country, I am more fluent in Indonesian than English... But I still use English, because English can be understood by most of the ruffians in this world.
6.You have also written a lot of blasphemous and anti Muslim themes, can you tell us a little bit more about your hatred for white light religions?
6. Actually in writing lyrics we are not only anti Muslim, but in lyrics we are anti-all religions, dogma of god, history of worshiping,spoken bullshit through holy book...One of the reasons humans become weak and helpless is religious dogma, religion makes humans weak, ignorant and hypocritical, humans will be themselves and become strong without understanding a religion...Whatever the form of religion, we still against.
7.Do the band members also have any interest in Occultism?
7. Yeahh... One of us is studying and interested in the occult
8.What is the meaning and inspiration behind the name 'Diabolical'?
8. I knew from the start that the word "Diabolical" is common, but I think the name Diabolical is the right word and represents what we mean by evil, cruelty, terror, and worship chaos.
9.What are some of the best shows that the band has played over the years and also how would you describe your stage performance?
9. What I said for our performance on stage, it is wild..stage one of medium to provoked when they see us on stage. So far, the performance that we always remember is at the Gresik Black Reunion, an event in our city with militant bands
10.You also have done some 'Nunslaughter' and 'F.O.A.D' covers, what was the decision behind doing your own versions of their songs?
10. So far Diabolical has never covered songs from other bands from pure black metal bands for us to record, we are more interested in covers of music from other genres or bands that have a mix of black, death or thrash music, two of them are Fuck Off And Die and Nunslaughter, apart from being interested in their music, they write the lyrics, not much different from what Diabolical writes...

11.Over the years you also have been a part of a great amount of splits, can you tell us a little bit more about the bands you have shared these recordings with?
11. I had forgotten the details when diabolical could split with the band we split with...But they are all bands that have quite good character in music, it is not difficult for Diabolical and they reach an agreement to split, because all of them have the same vision with Diabolical...
12.On a worldwide level how has the reaction been to your music by fans of black metal?
12. Yeah, most of their responses are quite good, and of course,I think some of them will respond otherwise, but I don't care about all that, they don't need to like Diabolical music if it's just to be poser...
13.When can we expect some newer music and also where do you see the band heading into musically during the future?
13. We are currently making new songs, and we'll see what we can release in the future..
14.What are some of the bands or musical styles that have had an influence on your music and also what are you listening to nowadays?
14. I like and listen to various types of music, because I have a lot of time to listen to music... And for now I'm listening more are :
Iron Maiden - Powerslave
Morbid Angel - Altars Of Madness
Proclamation - Nether Tombs of Abaddon
And classic songs from Indonesian singers
