This is a review of another recording from Finland's Perisynti which continues the raw, satanic and misanthropic style of black metal from their previous release and the ep was released in 2010 by Fog Of the Apocalypse Records and called "Helvetti 666 666".
A very heavy, aggressive and old school sound starts off the ep while also adding in a touch of the first wave era. Vocals are mostly high pitched black metal screams while the riffs also add in a decent amount of melody and all of the musical instruments also have a very powerful sound to them.
When guitar leads are utilized they are also done in a very dark yet melodic style while the faster sections of the songs also add in a lot of tremolo picking and blast beats which also gives the music more of a raw feeling along with some spoken word samples also being used briefly on the second track and most of the music also sticks to a mid tempo style as well as some synths also being used briefly towards the end.
On this recording Perisynti took their raw, satanic and misanthropic style of black metal into more of an old school direction which shows influences of both the first and second wave eras. The production sounds very dark and raw while the lyrics are written in Finnish and cover Satanism, Hatred For Abrahamic Religions and Misanthropy themes.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from Perisynti and if you are a f an of raw, old school, satanic and misanthropic black metal, you should check out this ep. RECOMMENDED TRACK "Helvetti". 8 out of 10.
