Sarinvomit/Awaken Ye Impious Hordes Of Shaitan/Blasphemous Arts Productions/2021 CD Review

 

  Sarinvomit  are  a  band  from  Turkey  that  has  had  music  reviewed  before  in  this  zine  and  on  this  recording  plays  a  mixture  of  war,  black  and  death  metal  and  this  is  a  review  of  their  2021  album  "Awaken  Ye  Impious  Hordes  of  Shaitan"  which  was  released  by  blasphemous  Arts  Productions.

  The  sounds  of  war  and  the  apocalypse  start  off  the  album  before  going  into  a  very  fast  and  raw  war  metal  direction  which  also  utilizes  a  great  amount  of  tremolo  picking  and  blast  beats.  Vocals  are  mostly  high  pitched  black  metal  screams while  the  music  also  adds  in  influences  of  the  90's  era. 

  All  of  the  musical  instruments  on  the  recording  also  have  a  very  powerful  sound  to  them  while  dark  sounding  melodies  are  also  added  into  some  of  the  guitar  riffing.  Throughout  the  recording  you  can  also  hear  a  decent  mixture  of  slow,  mid  paced  and  fast  parts  along  with  the  music  also  adding  in  a  good  amount  of  death  metal  elements  as  well  as  the  solos  and  leads  also  being  done  in  a  very  old  school  style  when  they  are  utilized,  whispers  can  also  be  heard  in  some  parts  of  the  music  and  the  album  closes  with  a  cover  of  Black  Witchery's  "Crush  The  Messiah".

  On  this  recording  Sarinvomit  go  back  to  the  mid  90's  and  early  2000's  era's  of  war,  black  and  death  metal  and  mix  them  together  to  create  a  very  aggressive  sounding  album.  The  production  sounds  very  dark  and  raw  while  the  lyrics  are  a  concept  album  that  cover  Satanism,  Occultism,  Anti  Christianity,  Anti  Catholicism  and  Apocalyptic  themes.

  In  my  opinion  this  is  another  great  sounding  recording  from  Sarinvomit  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  war,  black  and  death  metal,  you  should  check  out  this  album.  RECOMMENDED  TRACKS  INCLUDE  "Weapons  Against  The  Deity"  "Impaling  the  Pilgrims  On  Stakes"  and  "Belial's  Curse  Upon  The  Vatican".  8  out  of  10.

Sarinvomit/Eggs Of Gomorrh/Enconium Of Depraved Instincts/Krucyator Productions/Atavism Records/2019 Split CD Review

  This  is  a  review  of  a  split  album  between  Turkey's  Sarinvomit  and  Switzerland's  Eggs  Of  Gomorhh  called  "Enconium  Of  Depraved  Instincts"  which  will  be  released  in  July  as  a  joint  effort  between  Krucyator  Productions  and  Atavism  Records  and  we  will  start  off  the  review with Sarinvomit  whoe  returns  with  their  mixture  of  war,  black,  death  and  thrash  metal.

  Their  side  of  the  split  starts  out  with  a  very  dark,  heavy  and  melodic  sound  while  the faster  sections  of  the  songs  also  bring  in a  great  amount  of  blast beats  and  war  metal  elements.  vocals  are  mostly  high  pitched  black  metal  screams  and  angry  shouts  and  all  of  the  musical  instruments  have  a  very  powerful  sound  to  them.

  Elements  of  death  and  thrash  metal  are  also  added  into  some  parts  of  the  music  while t he  songs  also  add  in  a  decent  mixture  of  slow,  mid  paced  and  fast  parts  and  the  last  2  tracks  are  recorded  live.  The  production  sounds  very  raw  and  heavy  while  the  lyrics  cover  satanism,  blasphemy,  anti  religion  and  nuclear  war  themes.

  In  my  opinion  this  is  another  great  sounding  recording  from  Sarinvomit  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  war,  black,  death  and  thrash  metal,  you  should  check  out  their  side  of  the  split.  RECOMMENDED  TRACKS  INCLUDE  "The  Glorious  Night  Of  Deccal"  and  "Pandemonic  Radiation  Descends".

  Next  up  is  Eggs  Of  Gomorrh  who  return  with  their  mixture  of  war,  black  and  death  metal.

  Their  side  of  the  split  starts  out  with  war  orientated  drones  before  going  into  a  heavier  direction  which  the  faster  sections  of  the  songs  also  use  a  great  amount  of  tremolo  picking  and  blast  beats  which  also  gives  the  music  more  of  a  raw  war  metal  feeling.  Vocals  are  mostly  grim  black  metal  screams  with  a  bestial  touch.

  Elements  of  death  metal  can  also  be  heard  quite  a  bit  throughout  their  side  of  the  recording  along  with  all  of  the  musical  instruments  having  a  very  powerful  sound  to  them  and  the  last  2  tracks  where  recorded  live  as  well  as  the  songs  also  adding  in  a  small  amount  of  slow  or  mid  tempo  parts.  The  production  sounds  very  raw  and  heavy  while  the  lyrics  cover  death,  torture  and  perversion  themes.

  In  my  opinion  this  is  another  great  sounding  recording  from  Eggs  Of  Gomorrh  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  war,  black  and  death  metal,  you  should  check  out  their  side  of  the  split.  RECOMMENDED  TRACKS  INCLUDE  "Redemption  Martyr"  and  "Whore  Of  Sodom".  8  out  of  10.

  In  conclusion  I  feel  this  is  a  very  great  sounding  split  and  I  would  recommend  it  to  all  fans  of  war,  black,  death  and  thrash  metal.  8  out  of  10.

  Sarinvomit  are  a  band  from  Turkey  that  plays  a  mixture  of  war,  black,  death  and  thrash  metal  and  this  is  a  review  of  their  2018  album  "Malignant  Thermonuclear  Supremacy"  which  was  released  by  Deathrune  Records.

  Sounds  of  war  start  off  the  album  before  going  into  a  very  fast  and  raw  musical  direction  which  also  uses  a  great  amount  of  tremolo  picking  and  blast  beats  while  the  vocals  are  mostly  high  pitched  black  metal  screams  along  with  the  riffs  also  bringing  in a  decent  amount  of  melody  at  times.

  A  great  amount  of  war  and  thrash  metal  elements  can  also  be  heard  in  the  music  while  the  songs  also  bring  in  a  great  mixture  of  slow,  mid  paced  and  fast  parts   along  with  the  solos  and  leads  being  done  in  a  very  melodic  fashion  and angry  shouts  are  also  utilized  at  times  as  well  as  most  of  the  tracks  being  very  long  and  epic  in  length,  all  of  the  musical  instruments  have  a  very  powerful  sound  to  them  and  war  samples  also  return  on  some  of  the  later  tracks.

  Sarinvomit  plays  a  musical  style  that  takes  war,  black,  death  and  thrash  metal  and  mixes  them  together  to  create  a  sound  of  their  own,  the  production  sounds  very  raw  and  heavy  while  the  lyrics  cover  Nuclear  War  and  Apocalyptic  themes.

  In  my  opinion  Sarinvomit  are  a  very  great  sounding  mixture  of  war,  black,  death  and  thrash  metal  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  those  musical  genres,  you  should  check  out  this  band.  RECOMMENDED  TRACKS  INCLUDE  "Perishing  In  Eternal  Void"  "Evaporation  In  Mushroom  Cloud"  and  "Destructive  Solar  Flare".  8  out  of 10.
