Nyogthaeblisz are a band from Texas that plays a bestial mixture of war, black and death metal with some elements of harsh noise and power electronics and this is a review of their 2019 album "Abrahamic Godhead Besieged By Adversarial Usurpation" which was released by Hells Headbangers.
Harsh noises and power electronics start off the album and also mix in with the heavier sections of the music. Spoken word samples can also be heard in some parts of the recording while the faster sections of the songs bring in war metal elements, blast beats and tremolo picking which also gives the songs more of a raw feeling.
Vocals also bring in a decent mixture of high pitched black metal screams and bestial death metal growls. Some of the faster sections of the songs also mix in the raw aggression of grindcore along with the music also having its ritualistic moments as well as the heavier sections of the music mostly sticks to more of a fast and brutal musical direction and as the album progresses some mid tempo sections can also be heard.
Nyogthaeblisz plays a musical style that takes war, black and death metal and mixes it with elements of grindcore, power electronics and harsh noise to create a sound of their own. The production sounds very dark and raw while the lyrics cover Chaos Magick, Satanism, Qabalah, and Anti Abrahamic Religion themes.
In my opinion Nyogthaeblisz are a very great sounding bestial mixture of war, black and death metal with some elements of grindcore, power electronics and harsh noise and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this band.
