Zero/Paginas Queimadas/Entocomophobic Records/2020 Single Review

This  is  a  review  of  a  track  from  Brazil's  Zero  which  continues  the  depressive  black  metal  style  of  his  previous  release  and  the  song  was  released  in  2020  by  Entocomophbic  Records  and  called  "Paginas  Queimadas".

Clean  playing  starts  off  the  track  along  with  some  spoken  word  parts  a  few  seconds  later  which  also  takes  the  music  into  a  heavier  direction.  Vocals  are  mostly  depressive  black  metal  scrams  and  when  the  music  speeds  up  tremolo  picking  and  blast  beats  can  be  heard  which  also  gives  the  song  more  of  a  raw  feeling.  melodic  guitar  leads  can  also  be  heard  briefly  and  all  of  the  musical  instruments  have  a  very  powerful  sound  to  them.

  On  this  track  Zero  takes  his  style  of  depressive  black  metal  into  more  of  a  rawer  diction.   The  production  sounds  very  dark  and  raw  while  the  lyrics  are  written  in  Portuguese  and  cover  depressive  themes.

  In  my  opinion  this  is  another  great  sounding  track  from  Zero  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  depressive  black  metal,  you  should  check  out  this  single.  8  out  of  10.
