Lovesick is a solo project from Brazul that plays a very depressive form of black metal and this is a review of her 2020 single "Totalmente Quebrada Por Dentro" which was released by Entocomophobic Records.
A very dark, heavy and lo-fi sound starts off the song along with some clean vocals a few seconds later which also evolved into high pitched depressive black metal screams at times along with the track also sticking to a slower direction and chaotic sounding guitar leads can also be heard briefly towards the end.
On this track Lovesick plays a style of black metal that is very depressive and slow sounding. The production sounds very dark and raw while the lyrics are written in Portuguese and cover dark and depressive themes.
In my opinion Lovesick are a very great sounding depressive black metal solo project and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check this single. 8 out of 10.
