Biesy are a band from Poland that started out as a blackened death metal band and on this recording goes into more of a mixture of black metal and electronic music and this is a review of their 2020 album "Transatanizm" which was released by Godz of War Productions.
A very dark and heavy sound starts off the album along with some programmed beats while the music also mixes in elements of electronic music into the heavier sections of the songs. Vocals are mostly angry sounding black metal screams as well as most of the tracks being very long and epic in length.
Spoken word parts are also added into certain sections of the recording while some songs also add in a small amount of keyboards. All of the musical instruments also have a very powerful sound to them while the faster sections of the tracks also add in a decent amount of tremolo picking and blast beats which also gives the music more of a raw feeling.
Throughout the recording you can also hear a decent mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts along with some tracks also adding in a small amount of clean playing. Elements of industrial can also be heard at times. Te production sounds very professional while the lyrics are written in Polish and cover Urban Life and Night themes.
In my opinion this is another great sounding album from Biesy and if you are a fan of black metal, industrial and electronic music, you should check out this recording. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "IHS" "Karolina23" and "Uwaga: swiat". 8 out of 10.
